PRIVATE, OWNER-OPERATED APPLICATION

LifeOS is a governed executive productivity system.

It connects only to Google accounts Jeff owns or is explicitly authorized to use, turning email, calendar, and task context into governed day-to-day workflows.

01

What the Google connection is used for

01

Gmail

Read and organize authorized mail, draft responses, and send only after the owner approves the exact message.

02

Google Calendar

Review schedules and create or update events on authorized calendars, including approved attendee invitations.

03

Google Tasks

Read and manage the authorized user’s task lists as part of personal planning workflows.

Authority is explicit.

  • Google access is limited to the functions needed for the authorized workflow.
  • Sending email and inviting attendees requires the owner’s specific approval.
  • OAuth credentials and tokens live in protected, non-public runtime storage.
  • Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers.

LifeOS is not a public consumer service. Questions: jeff.bilbrey@gmail.com.
